(G.N.S) Dt. 12 Mumbai Three crows found dead in Mumbai and 17 birds in Thane tested positive for Avian Influenza on Monday. While samples of crows and herons from Mumbai, Ghodbunder in Thane and Dapoli in Ratnagiri have been found positive for the H5N1 strain, samples from Beed district have been found positive for the H5N8 strain.
