(G.N.S) Dt. 7 New Delhi Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) is considering to make artificial rain after Diwali to deal with hazardous pollution in Delhi. A senior CPCB official told that they are in talks with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur and the Indian Meteorological Department to make artificial rain after Diwali.
