(G.N.S) Dt.12 New Delhi The Rouse Avenue court in the national capital Delhi on Tuesday issued a bailable warrant against Congress leader and Lok Sabha MP Shashi Tharoor in a disputed statement against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Tharoor is accused of not appearing in the court in defamation case. During the Bangalore Literature Festival on 28 October 2018, Tharoor said that Modi is like a scorpion sitting on a Shivling.
