(G.N.S) Dt. 14 New Delhi The Supreme Court has changed its decision in the Dowry Harassment (498A) case. The court has terminated the safeguard found by the family, under which the arrest of the victim’s husband and her in-laws would be arrested immediately after the case was registered in the Dowry Harassment Case.
