(G.N.S) Dt. 7 Chennai Arround 924 cases have been filed for violating the rules issued by Supreme court and the time fixed by Tamilnadu state government for bursting fire crackers. Viluppuram district tops in the list of violating rules with 225 cases filed. Tamilnadu state has already given warnings for not to bursts crackers and violate rules.
